Biography: Ms. Huttar began practicing law with Gebhardt & Smith in Baltimore, Maryland, where she worked as an associate until 1995 when she left to join Naka, Huttar & Oldhouser, LLP.

Ms. Huttar represents financial institutions primarily in the documentation and negotiation of a variety of commercial financing transactions, including both real estate and asset-based financing, and in the negotiation and redocumentation of troubled loans. Her practice also includes representation of approved lenders in Fannie Mae's Delegated Underwriting and Servicing program and under the Aggregation Product line.

Ms. Huttar has prepared and presented seminar materials on issues relating to commercial lending and has worked extensively with loan officers and other bank employees to teach practices and procedures for loan documentation and the perfection of security interests.

Ms. Huttar is President-Elect of CREW-Baltimore, Inc. (a chapter of the National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women), and is on the Board of Directors of Target Community & Educational Services, Inc. She also serves as Senior Warden and Director of the Cathedral Children's Choir for the Episcopal Cathedral Church of the Incarnation in Baltimore, Maryland.
